Hi, I’m Christina!


As a Licensed Psychologist and Integrative Psychotherapist, I offer a comprehensive and tailored approach to mental health, blending evidence-based methods with compassionate care. I hold a Master's in Counseling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London, with specialized training in Marriage and Family Therapy and Special Education. My work focuses on fostering growth and emotional resilience for individuals, couples, and families.

In addition to my clinical work, I am certified as a Marte Meo Practitioner and licensed in Psychological First Aid (Johns Hopkins University). I’m currently expanding my expertise through training in Systemic Psychotherapy (Εργαστήριο Διερεύνησης Ανθρώπινων Σχέσεων) & Interpersonal Psychotherapy at the University of Toronto.

 

I am committed to continuous learning to enhance my practice and provide meaningful support as you navigate your journey toward balance and well-being. Let’s connect and explore how we can work together to achieve your goals.
